If you have experience with beginner’s seated Ashiatsu techniques and are looking to enhance your practice with specific, effective skills that all are delivered from a seated position and result in many benefits for your clients, this is the course for you. The areas of focus are all in the upper torso, both posterior and anterior. The Advanced Seated course offers techniques that alleviate pain in the neck, shoulders, upper back, chest, and upper arms.

This is an advanced level course and requires current experience with barefoot massage skills.
