Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage takes longer than other modalities to learn for many reasons, including that balance & coordination for it takes time to develop, especially in the initial learning process. Regardless of fitness level, massage experience, and ability, Ashiatsu requires an extremely high mental and physical exertion during class. Literally, it is like learning to drive a car with your feet! Please be patient with yourself and allow the learning process to flow at your own pace. We’re here to help you plan your learning and be successful.
