DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY
To reserve a spot in any workshop, you will need to send in the required deposit for your enrolled course(s), Liability Waiver, & Registration Form. Because this is a tuition based course, we prefer deposits to be paid with checks (or cash). Credit cards will be accepted; however, 3.75% will be added to the total charge. You may bring the balance to class in cash, check, money order, or pay by credit card.
There are no refunds on deposits. Only in the event of proper documentation of injury, death in the immediate family, or weather prohibiting travel, will the option for tuition to be rolled over into a workshop at a later date be open to you. This special consideration will be allowed one time only, and will cost $50.00. There are no refunds once class has been taken.
SAMBA LLC/DBA – Bare Your Sole™ will refund all money for any cancelled seminar due to its responsibility. If minimum enrollment numbers are not met, the class would be considered a private class. A private class would not fall under the guidelines of the listed tuition price and each workshop would increase by $100 per student. If registration is low enough to cancel the class you will be notified 2 weeks prior to the scheduled dates. At such time, students can choose: A) If they would like a 100% refund. B) To roll their deposit over to another class with no penalty, or C) To take advantage of the private training and pay the private tuition rate listed above.
