This is a refresher course on the Introductory Seated techniques. You must have already taken the Introductory Seated course as a prerequisite.
Low Back & Shoulder – One-to-One Learning
If you are a currently working, experienced Ashiatsu therapist and have clients dealing with pains in either or both shoulder and low back areas, this is the course for you.
Advanced Seated – One-to-One Learning
If you have experience with beginner's seated Ashiatsu techniques and are looking to enhance your practice with specific, effective skills, this is the course for you.
Advanced Standing – One-to-One Learning
If you have current experience with standing Ashiatsu techniques and have been using them weekly for at least several months, this is the course for you.
Refresher Advanced Techniques – One-to-One Learning

Advanced Two-Footed – One-to-One Learning
If you are a lighter weight and more petite therapist, and have a majority of clients that weigh more than you, this may be the course for you.
